  • Achieved AICTE accreditation to polytechnics under IHRD. 
  • Achieved recognition and PSC approval for Diploma Course in Telecommunication Technology course conducted by IHRD. 

 As Director in Kerala State Science and Technology Museum, (KSSTM) Government of Kerala.

  • Opened two galleries namely Virtual Science Lab and Cyber Lady
  • Renovated the guest house at Kerala State Science and Technology Museum Govt. of Kerala.

As Director in Department of Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) Government of Kerala.

  • Introduced Grading System in the Department of Vocational Higher Secondary Education. 
  • Revised Vocational Education Curriculum in tune with the industrial demands for more employment opportunities to the passed out students. 
  • Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department bagged the state award for the Best National Service scheme unit.
  • Introduced Training cum Production Centers in the Department of Vocational Higher Secondary Education.
  • Introduced VOCATIONAL EXPO, a PTC Product exhibition for the first time in India.
  • All the course conducted by Department of Vocational Higher Secondary Education was recognized by the Association of India Universities, New Delhi for Higher Studies including professional course.
  • Take steps to recognize Vocational Course by Kerala Public Service Commission for getting job in the Government Department.
  • Introduced on-the-Job Training to VHSE Students.
  • Introduced Energy Clubs in VHSSchool for creating Energy Conservation awareness.
  • Introduced Tourism Club in VHSE Schools for creating Tourism Awareness.
  • Started Career Guidance Centers in VHSSchool.
  • Selected and Converted 28 VHS School to Model Schools.
  • Implemented Modernizing Government Programme (MGP) very effectively in 28 schools.
  • Received five National Awards for best practices in Vocational Education for NCERT.
  • Submitted a project proposal to Government of India for setting up an International Centre for Vocational Education, Research and Training Institute.
  • Conducted Centralized walk in interview for the appointment of 1000 Apprentice Trainees.
  • Conducted National Seminar on Vocational Education  

           Conducted International Seminar on Disaster Management.

 Coordinator for the launching of EDUSAT programme in the General Education Department and convener for the inaugural function of EDUSAT programme by His Excellency the president of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on 28th July 2005.
