MAGIC, a student development workshop for the 5th semester students  on 1st and 2nd August 2015 at the Main Seminar Hall. T his was held in connection with the golden jubilee celebrations of the Electronics and Communication Department. Eminent persons from various fields conducted the seminar. The following were the talks:

Dr. P. K  Rajasekharan, writer and critic - Magic of  Literature

Dr. Neena Prasad, dance exponent  - Indian Classical Dances - Content and Aesthetics

Prof. P. Vijayakumar, Professor of English - Shakespeare and Meaning

Manu T. M. Des, faculty, KSID - Understanding Design

Dr. S. Asharaf, faculty, IITMK  - Art of Computer Programming

Anoop  John, CTO, Zyxware - Rapid Application Development using Drupal

Prof. Louis  Mathew, Prof. of film studies - How to Read a Film  

The talks touched almost all the major areas of technology, arts and culture.

The workshop, sponsored by QBust and '91 ECE batch was co-ordinated by C. A. Prajith and Dr. Deepa P. Gopinath.
